Job Description – Process Coordinator (Junior Role) About the Role We are looking for a Process Coordinator (Junior) to support the smooth functioning of our business operations. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how processes run across departments. Key Responsibilities • Assist in tracking, documenting, and updating workflows across teams (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time • Maintain and update process trackers, reports, and dashboards • Identify and report bottlenecks or gaps in day-to-day processes • Support SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and training material creation • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures • Assist senior process coordinators/managers in process improvement initiatives • Handle basic data entry, reporting, and follow-ups with stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
