Build analytics views and dashboards (using PQL i.e. Process Query Language) Build automated workflows to facilitate pro-active process interventions using the Process Mining platform low code language. Support Process Mining Consultants in delivering process insights and helping answer key business questions about processes. Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable degree Five to six years of overall experience and 1-3 years of relevant working on Process Mining or Process Data & Analytics projects. Experience working with relational databases using SQL queries. Python programming skills appreciated but not required. Experience with source code version control and issue tracking (Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence) Experience in producing visualizations to communicate process data effectively in a data visualization tool. Analytical skills to be able to discover, analyze and draw insight from complex datasets. Knowledge of at least 1 functional area processes (Finance, HR etc.) and related Source System datasets will be appreciated. Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders daily. Energetic, organized and self-motivated Hands on experience in a Process Mining Tool (Celonis, UiPath, QPR, Minit etc.) will be a strong advantage.
