Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. A candidate who is proactive and attentive to detail.

2. Accurately input customer orders into the ERP system (such as MS Dynamics or a comparable platform).

3. Aid in the preparation of invoices and the validation of billing.

4. Provide assistance with cash application tasks and basic resolution of discrepancies.

5. Address routine customer inquiries concerning orders and invoices.

6. Keep daily and weekly reports updated and maintained using Excel.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

1. Effective communication and coordination abilities.

2. Keen attention to detail and eagerness to acquire new knowledge Fundamental.

3. Excel competencies (including filters, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables).

4. Acquainted with MS Excel and ERP systems (such as MS Dynamics).

QUALIFICATION : B.COM/M.COM/MBA- FINANCE /BA

EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years
