Job Summary The project involves validating royalty statements against legal terms process it in their system and generate invoices for one of the largest Licensing Media based company. As part of the contractual obligations the client expects the team to follow certain policy guidelines meet stringent TAT Productivity and a minimum monthly average quality requirement as per the target. Responsibilities Excellent written reading & spoken communications skills in English and understanding of local culture. Quick learning and understanding the processes. Search skills ability to approach problems logically. Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively under pressure and short timelines. Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team. Strong keyboard and analytical skills Ability to perform in adverse situations.
