Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop prevention strategies:
Analyze trends, develop detection rules, and fine-tune risk models to reduce fraud loss.
Collaborate across teams:
Work closely with customer support, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor partners.
Reporting & documentation:
Generate detailed reports on investigations, fraud trends, and performance metrics for management review.
Support regulatory compliance:
Maintain familiarity with relevant laws (e.g., Reg E, Red Flag program, AML/KYC) and file required reports.
Train and advise staff:
Provide fraud awareness training and serve as a subject matter expert within the organization.
