EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-6 years
PREFERRED AGE & GENDER: Female, 35 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle all workflow and process flowchart across department
* Monitor and ensure each step in the workflow is completed on time
* Coordinate with team members to share necessary information
* Track the status of tasks and flow up to avoid delays
* Maintain proper records and documentation of workflows
* Identify and report any issues or bottlenecks in the process
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Basic knowledge of business processes and workflows
* Good communication and coordination abilities
* Strong time management and follow up skills
* Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
* Team player with a proactive approach
