Coordinate with client , enquiry discussion , enquiry follow ups, update remarks given by clients in FMS sheet , acts as a coordinator between clients and sales team, responsible for answering clients quries through emails and via on calls . Act as a primary point of ccontact for order status, address to customer's compalints , provide after sales support.
