Job Description – Process Coordinator

Position: Process Coordinator (Kundli)

Experience: 2–4 years Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day processes to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Take ownership of follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and vendors until closure.
  • Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure clarity and timely updates.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation in an accurate and organized way.
  • Identify gaps or delays in processes and escalate when required.
  • Support management in implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and share status updates with management regularly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong follow-up skills with persistence to ensure task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Team player with proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
