Process Associate - Voice Process

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced International Voice Support Executives to handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and prior experience in international voice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and assist customers through inbound/outbound calls.
• Record and update call interactions accurately.
• Follow processes, scripts, and quality guidelines.
• Provide timely resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
• Ability to work in team and meet performance targets.

Education: Graduate (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
