Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (5 Days a Week, Sat–Sun Off)

We help businesses become more efficient by providing process-oriented, cost-effective solutions across operations, bookkeeping, order management, and more. Our mission is to reduce operational costs by up to 70% and free up time for our clients to focus on their core business.

Current Openings

We have an immediate requirement for 50 candidates for the following roles:

1. Process Associate – Order Management

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with US and Canada clients.

Provide backend support and manage order-related tasks.

Handle customer enquiries with ownership and deliver high-quality service.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed (e.g., B.A., B.Com., M.Com., MA, B.Ed., M.Ed.).

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with business tools.

Customer-focused, results-driven, and a team player.

2. US Bookkeeping Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including AR/AP.

Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

Completed graduation or master’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, Smart Books preferred).

Prior experience with AR/AP processes.

Experience with international clients or BPO finance operations is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Annual Package: Up to ₹4 LPA (Excluding Incentives)
