Process Associate (Male Candidate Only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Process Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing day-to-day business processes and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage routine operational processes accurately and on time
• Maintain and update records and databases
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share with the team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables
• Handle data entry, reporting, and basic analysis tasks
• Support team leads or managers with various administrative duties as required
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
