Process Associate (Dental AR and EV Voice)

The role involves communicating with patients" insurance providers and understanding the additional guidelines that may impact coverage. You will be responsible for obtaining benefit information using the required template. This position is based in Ahmedabad. To be eligible for this role, you should have at least an Undergraduate or Graduate degree or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. You must be capable of handling sensitive patient information with confidentiality. The role also requires the ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift) from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday, and work from the office only. Ideally, candidates should have 6 months to one year of experience in Dental EV/AR, although freshers are welcome to apply.
