Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Process Associate to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills in English, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle process-related tasks efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with clients/customers in English
• Maintain documentation and records as per standard procedures
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of work with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with the team to improve workflow and service delivery

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or related field need only apply
• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Familiarity with standard office software and BPO tools
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Shift:

Day shift only – No night or rotational shifts

Compensation:

Fixed monthly salary of ₹22,000
