Job Description Monitor the Procedure execution and identify the task errors and reason Get feedback from Delivery Team, SEO and CSR Owners and identify scope of Procedure enhancement. Prepare and maintain the Task failure analysis report and track First time Success Rate. Propose solution and suggest modification in Procedure by discussing with PO's. Drive the procedure enhancement by coordinate with developers / SEO / PO / Developer. Coordinate with developers and support them with required inputs.
