Job Description:

Tutee Kaksha Academy is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented tutor to teach Science and Mathematics for students of Classes 7 to 10 (CBSE/ICSE Board). The ideal candidate should have a strong subject foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and concept-based classes for Science and Mathematics (Grades 7–10).
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, and practice worksheets for students.
• Identify students’ weak areas and provide individual attention to improve performance.
• Regularly assess student progress through tests and assignments.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with the academy’s academic team for syllabus planning and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Science and Maths concepts (up to 10th grade level).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, clarity, and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Prior teaching experience (school, coaching institute, or private tuition) preferred.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and student-focused.
