Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily fund accounting operations, including NAV calculation, capital calls, and distribution processing.

Coordinate and review of calculations of carried interests/performance/incentive fees.
Coordinate and review calculation of investor allocations for capital calls and distributions.
Coordinate and review of partners capital account statements. Coordinate of payments and other transactions.
Supervise production analysts, review and signing off the work performed.
Acting as primary contact for clients and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in private equity or fund accounting environment.
Strong knowledge of Master feeder funds' accounting principles and practices.

Experience in reviewing financials statements.
User experience with enterprise accounting system.
Working knowledge of Investran is highly desirable.
5-7 years of experience using MS-Excel that required you to use Formulas, Tables & formatting, Conditional Formatting, Charting, Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting.
