Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Agents. While prior experience (1 to 3 years) in the financial industry is an added advantage, freshers are also welcome to apply. The primary responsibility will be to facilitate investments in our company's financial products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our investment products, focusing on Pre-IPO investments.

o Utilise existing networks and actively seek new leads and opportunities for investment.

o Educate potential clients about our investment products, emphasising their benefits and features.

o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.

o Stay updated on Pre-IPO investment products.

o Work towards achieving investment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

o Solve client problems and address any concerns or queries they may have.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of investment transactions.

Requirements:

o No experience required.

o Continual education and training are essential to ensure expertise in the field of financial advising.

o Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

o Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade.
