Job Description

Scymes Services is hiring for a Senior Analyst who will work closely with the Team Lead and AVPN’s Impact Investing team to deliver data-backed insights, support investor engagement, and drive strategic research outputs. The role involves tracking private capital movements, managing dashboards, and contributing to LP-GP matchmaking efforts in Asia’s impact investing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Private Capital Research & Data Analysis · Utilise Preqin, Bloomberg, and other data sources to: o Analyze capital flows and private fund activity (impact funds, blended finance vehicles, etc.). o Map LP profiles across institutional, philanthropic, and alternative investors. o Track fund closures, deal announcements, and emerging capital movement patterns. Investor Engagement Support Maintain an updated CRM/database of GPs, LPs, and relevant market actors. · Identify areas of strategic alignment between fund managers and impact-oriented capital owners. · Prepare customized investor decks, briefing documents, and opportunity notes to guide AVPN’s outreach. Event & Ecosystem Coordination · Support in the curation and execution of AVPN’s thematic forums, roundtables, and workshops. · Monitor dashboard metrics for event participation, outreach status, and engagement milestones. · Devise effective strategies to enhance event and outreach efforts. · Assist in post-event analysis and documentation of key outcomes and follow-up actions.
