Job Description: The Brand Manager is responsible for Brand planning and marketing. This includes managing the brands throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing brand and customer requirements, defining the brand vision, and working closely with scientific teams, to deliver winning brands. It includes working very closely with sales teams to drive and ensure product strategies and tactics are implemented in the market. Duties: Brand Portfolio Leader and Ownership Develop and timely implement Brand strategies and tactics of Brand Portfolio Own customer growth and retention - execute strategies and tactics to achieve goals in collaboration with sales team Analyze market gaps, develop brand strategies and tactics to achieve Turnover Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive all marketing activities Develop and streamline CME or events for portfolio to enable sales team for effective conversions Lead cross-functional teams to successfully introduce / Launch new products into the market Monitor sales & marketing trends and makes recommendations for growth Collaborate with customers, marketing intelligence and third-party sources to monitor, understand and respond to competition Work with sales team to create demand, enable sales, increase awareness, generate leads and drive growth Develop and presents proposals and strategies to leadership team for business opportunities to grow product lines and business Achieve turnover target (Rs value) of brands & Achieve growth target (%) of brands Desired Prerequisites: Experience : 5-7 years Education : Graduate degree: Bio-technology, B.Pharm or other equivalent Post graduate degree: MBA (marketing preferred) Industry Type : Healthcare/ Pharma/ Biotech/Pharma-OTC Functional Area : PMT / Marketing

Job Title : Sales Manager / Senior Manager / AGM MICE Sales Department : Sales & Marketing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Location : Mumbai Reporting To : Head of MICE / Director Sales Industry : Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead and expand our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow corporate accounts, increase revenue, and build long-term partnerships with clients across industries. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment across domestic and international markets. • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed MICE bookings. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns targeting corporate clients. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, associations, and agencies. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail. • Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Event Planning & Coordination • Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events. • Coordinate with Contracting Team for hotels, airlines, sightseeing and other activitiess. • Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs. Strategic Planning & Reporting • Develop and execute annual sales plans and revenue targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies. • Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong network of corporate and industry contacts. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • In-depth understanding of MICE industry trends and travel products. • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Hospitality, Travel, or Marketing); MBA preferred. • 512 years of relevant experience in MICE sales, with proven revenue generation record. • Experience with both domestic and international destinations is a must • Experience working with DMCs, hotels, and travel logistics preferred. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and events as required (domestic and international).
