Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). Strong knowledge of authentication & security practices (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID, SSO, CSRF, XSS protection). Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. Proficiency in unit testing & integration testing using Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Experience in performance tuning and debugging Node.js applications. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and code versioning tools like Git. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions). Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Knowledge of front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. Familiarity with Graph databases (Neo4j) or time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB). Experience with APM tools like New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
