We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Printing Assistant to support our production team. You will be responsible for assisting the Machine Operator in setting up, running, and maintaining printing presses. Your goal is to help maintain high-quality output and ensure the work area remains clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Assist in loading paper/substrates, mounting plates/cylinders, and preparing inks for production.
• Production Support: Monitor the machine during runs to check for issues like paper jams, ink consistency, or mechanical errors.
• Material Handling: Move raw materials to the machine and transport finished products to the packing or storage area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean the machine parts (rollers, ink trays, etc.) after every job and perform basic oiling and maintenance.
• Quality Check: Assist in identifying print defects like spots, smudges, or color variations.
• Shop Floor Organization: Maintain a tidy workspace to ensure safety and efficiency (5S practices).

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1–2 years in a manufacturing or printing environment (freshers with a technical background may also be considered).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials (paper rolls/ink buckets).
• Technical Interest: A willingness to learn the technical aspects of printing machines (Offset, Flexo, or Digital).
• Punctuality: Strong commitment to work timings and shift schedules.
• Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions clearly from the Machine Operator or Production Manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
