Printer Technical Sales

You will be responsible for handling technical sales calls related to Printer, Outlook, Antivirus, and PPC. Your main responsibilities will include: - Taking calls from customers regarding Printer, Outlook, Antivirus, and PPC - Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers - Upselling products and services to customers as per their requirements - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery To qualify for this role, you need to have the following qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales process - Strong knowledge and expertise in Printer, Outlook, Antivirus, and PPC - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Please note that the work location for this position is in person at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
