Print support engineer

We’re looking for a dedicated Print Support Engineer to provide on-ground technical support for enterprise-grade printing solutions across client locations in and around Bangalore. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of print assets and deliver timely resolutions to enhance client productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client locations across Bangalore to provide technical support for multifunctional print devices
• Troubleshoot issues related to ADF, RADF, DADF, SPDF, and networked print environments
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and firmware updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
• Document service activities and maintain accurate asset records
• Educate clients on best practices for eco-friendly and efficient printing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
