We’re looking for a dedicated Print Support Engineer to provide on-ground technical support for enterprise-grade printing solutions across client locations in and around Bangalore. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of print assets and deliver timely resolutions to enhance client productivity. Key Responsibilities Visit client locations across Bangalore to provide technical support for multifunctional print devices Troubleshoot issues related to ADF, RADF, DADF, SPDF, and networked print environments Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and firmware updates Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed Document service activities and maintain accurate asset records Educate clients on best practices for eco-friendly and efficient printing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Experience: Desktop support: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
