Principle Architect (ASP.NET)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications in a product-based startup environment. You will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership:

  Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems using .NET technologies. Design and oversee the implementation of the architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.

• Technical Strategy:

  Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals and product requirements.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Code Review and Mentorship:

  Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.

• Performance Optimization:

  Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

• Technology Evaluation:

  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our products.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Experience in a product-based startup environment.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• On DB side exposure in Postgres, Citus, Flexiserver
• Deep and extensive experience on Azure cloud
• Companies target - Microsoft or other similar companies like Ours or automotive.
