Principal Technical Expert - Full Stack Technologies

You are a seasoned Principal Technical Expert responsible for leading the development of innovative and engaging user interfaces and experiences. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will serve as a key technical leader, driving front-end architecture and full-stack development of scalable applications. Your role includes mentoring engineers and upholding the highest standards of code quality and performance. Your key responsibilities will involve leading the design and development of high-performance, scalable software applications, defining and enforcing architectural standards and best practices across development teams, and owning the development lifecycle of complex features from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will also champion CI/CD practices, drive the adoption of modern DevOps tools and workflows, write clean and efficient code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and support team-wide technical growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps is essential to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on front-end and full-stack technologies. Expert proficiency in Java, SQL, MongoDB, Angular (v6+), JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js is required. Proven experience in building and scaling Angular-based applications is essential. Additionally, exposure to Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred. Knowledge of AI cost optimization strategies would be highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset are also important for this role. Demonstrated ownership of technical components from development through unit testing and bug-fixing is expected. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science is considered a plus for this position.,
