Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle in BI & Analytics space. Expertise in any of the leading BI & Analytics tools - Tableau, Qlikview, Sisense, Power BI or similar. Expertise in Data Engineering, Data modelling, Data / Text Analytics, Data visualization, Data connectors. Sound knowledge or experience in Machine learning, Deep Learning, Python, or any of the ML products Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will serve as a key technical leader, driving front-end architecture and full-stack development of scalable applications. Your role includes mentoring engineers and upholding the highest standards of code quality and performance. Your key responsibilities will involve leading the design and development of high-performance, scalable software applications, defining and enforcing architectural standards and best practices across development teams, and owning the development lifecycle of complex features from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will also champion CI/CD practices, drive the adoption of modern DevOps tools and workflows, write clean and efficient code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and support team-wide technical growth.
