Principal Technical Consultant- Digital Banking

The Banking Consulting division within FSGUI is devoted to establishing a digital, agile, and efficient banking landscape by providing customized, innovative, and comprehensive banking solutions. This group focuses on addressing the distinct challenges encountered by financial institutions. In this senior position, you are expected to possess expertise in digital banking applications and a successful history of leading intricate implementation projects within the banking sector. As a Principal Consultant, your role will involve serving as the technical and strategic leader, supervising solution design, client engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination. Your contribution will be pivotal in propelling digital transformation for our banking clients through scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) applications to align with the requirements of banking clients. - Participate in the development of user interface (UI/UX) and server-side functionalities of digital banking solutions. - Create and deploy integrations utilizing SOAP and RESTful web services. - Function as a solution architect for digital banking projects, ensuring the alignment of technology with business objectives. - Provide guidance to teams involved in development, quality assurance, and support functions to ensure punctual and high-quality delivery. - Interact with clients to comprehend their needs and transform them into technical solutions. - Mentor consultants and lead the enhancement of capabilities within the team.
