Principal Tech Lead, Software Engineering - Integration & Transformation Hub

As a Principal Tech Lead, Software Engineering at Trintech, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical vision, design, development, execution, and maintenance of the integration platform. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, writing efficient code, conducting thorough testing, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs, Blazor components, and pages for building Trintech's Integration Platform site and back-end systems. - Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation functionality. - Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement comprehensive solutions. - Provide tactical directions to ensure code and software meet user and business requirements. - Adhere to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, delivery, and maintenance. - Develop automated tests to validate functionality and ensure reliability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and address defects/issues in code. - Create and maintain a streamlined deployment process for different environments. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high standards of software. - Guide and mentor junior team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in computer science with 10+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering. - Proficiency with .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET/Blazor, and ORM frameworks. - Experience in REST API design and implementation. - Strong capability in system design and documentation. - Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud-based databases, and environment components. - Working knowledge of Cloud services, application deployments, and deployment technologies. - Experience with test-driven development, automation frameworks, and security measures within software applications. - Ability to define and adhere to technical standards within a software development team. - Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
