**Role Overview:** As a Principal Tech Lead, Software Engineering at Trintech's Integration & Transformation Hub in Bangalore, your primary focus will be on defining the technical vision, designing, developing, executing, and maintaining Trintech's integration platform. You will oversee the technical aspects of projects while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with user and business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to meet complex initiative needs and provide innovative software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs, Blazor components, and pages for the Trintech Integration Platform. - Implement data mapping, transformation, validation functionality, and configuration processes. - Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. - Collaborate closely with teams to understand requirements and implement comprehensive solutions. - Participate in planning, analysis, and estimation of backlog requirements, developing technical specifications and plans. - Conduct technical research to recommend new technologies for team productivity enhancement. - Provide tactical directions to ensure code and software meet user and business requirements. - Adhere to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, delivery, and maintenance. - Develop well-designed, testable code, and create automated tests for functionality validation. - Troubleshoot, debug, and address defects/issues in code during development and maintenance. - Create documentation including design specifications, technical diagrams, and developer guides. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality. - Work with minimal supervision, meeting job requirements and deadlines. - Guide and mentor junior team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in computer science with 10+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering. - 10+ years of experience with .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET/Blazor, and ORM frameworks. - 4+ years of experience in REST API design and implementation. - Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud-based databases, and cloud services. - Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and system design. - Experience with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Spring Cloud Config, and similar technologies. - Proficiency with Azure Pipelines or similar deployment technologies. - Experience with test-driven development, automation frameworks, and security measures within software applications. - Ability to define and adhere to technical standards, strong communication, and leadership skills. - Experience with ERP systems and integration platforms is a plus. **Additional Company Details:** Trintech, headquartered in Plano, Texas, operates globally with offices in various countries.
