Principal System Administrator

As a System Administrator at our CloudOps team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our servers, systems, and networks. Your role will be critical in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, systems, and networks - Troubleshoot issues impacting large scale service architectures and application stacks - Setup and maintain web servers on Linux - Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes - Work with REST APIs and understand RESTful architecture - Configuration and maintenance of applications such as Middleware, Configuration Management, and CI/CD tools - Hardware and Software Load Balancing, basic knowledge of firewall and networking architecture - Utilize scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, etc. - Collaborate with teams using JIRA and Confluence **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in computer science and 8+ years of experience - 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other leading cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Strong technical background in troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated with attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, SVN, API & CLI, Jenkins - Knowledge of hardware and software load balancing, firewall, and networking architecture Join us and be part of a team where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will make a significant impact on our IT infrastructure's performance and security.,
