Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the architectural design of complex software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to software architects and development teams
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define system requirements
• Drive architectural decisions to optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective software architecture
• Conduct performance assessments and implement optimizations as needed

YOU MUST HAVE

• 15+ years of experience in software architecture and development
• Mastery level knowledge in design principals, architectural patterns, and coding standards
• Expert multiple programming languages and technologies
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and lead indirect reports by influence
