Job Description

As a Mulesoft Account SE at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in driving MuleSoft's growth in India by collaborating with customers across various industry segments. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competition analysis, decision-making processes, and funding. - Developing and executing account-level strategies while supporting tactical sales cycle activities such as demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC), RFX, and Customer Success initiatives. - Independently completing Proof of Concepts and creating assets to showcase technical capabilities. - Serving as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them understand the business value of APIs and the importance of leveraging the API Economy for business agility. - Evangelizing MuleSoft's approach and technology to senior C-level executives to drive digital transformation. - Conducting technical architecture workshops on API Strategy, Domain-Driven Design, and Microservices. - Articulating MuleSoft's product strategy, roadmap, and vision during executive briefings. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop viewpoints and providing strategic direction to the product team as required. In addition to the above, you will report to the India SE leader. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 12 years of experience as a customer-facing technologist. - Prior experience in Pre-Sales enterprise software with the ability to build trust with clients and influence key decision-makers. - Hands-on expertise in middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, and BPM. - Strong architecture skills and the ability to lead architectural discussions. - Proficiency in Mulesoft is essential, and Mulesoft certification would be a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation abilities. - Strategic thinking with the capacity to empathize, educate, and present provocative viewpoints. - High business acumen to align technology investments with digital strategies. - Experience in engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects. - Broad technology domain expertise and knowledge of the latest industry trends. - Willingness to travel to customer locations (25%-30% travel required).,
