Principal Software Engineer (ASP.NET Core)

As a Principal Software Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in serving our US clients by developing ASP.NET applications using .NET 6 (ASP.NET Core) with expertise in either MVC or Razor Web Pages. With a minimum of 2 years of web development experience, you will take on the responsibility of leading the development of new software products and enhancing existing ones. Your proficiency in working with large-scale applications and frameworks, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership skills, will make you a valuable member of our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in .NET 6.0/.NET 7.0 and ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC - Knowledge of web API is a plus - Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, or Front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React - Basic understanding of SQL Server - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong written and verbal communication skills **Nice to have:** - Knowledge of GIT for version control - Some exposure to Azure DevOps - Eagerness to learn new concepts and a proactive "Getting Things Done" attitude Additionally, you will enjoy a great work environment with a healthy work/life balance, 5-day work week, competitive industry package, technical guidance for career growth, and a friendly atmosphere.
