Principal Software Engineer - AI

In this role you will

• Support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features within Cornerstone s Galaxy ecosystem.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI.
• Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Learn about MLOps concepts such as model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Assist in writing clean, well-documented code using Python and related libraries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos.
• Stay curious research new AI tools, libraries, or ideas that could enhance our platform.

You ve got what it takes if you have

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science , or a related field.
• 5+ Years of Experience using machine learning concepts and Python programming.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn) is a plus.
• Experience in LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.
• Eagerness to build and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
