Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for suitable candidate in a Bioassay team with MSc + 6-8 years of experience or PhD + 4-6 yrs of experience in process sample analysis support such as method development, qualification and transfer of process related impurity methods (HCP, HCDNA and Leached Protein A).

Design, Development, optimization, qualification, and transfer of process related impurity assays (Host cell Proteins, host cell DNA, Residual Protein A and MVM).
Experience with techniques (ELISA, qPCR) for estimation of process related impurities (HCP, HCD, Residual Protein A).
Familiar with process specific and generic ELISA HCP coverage analysis.
Ability to design, troubleshoot and execute experiments independently with no or minimal supervision.
Meticulously review experiments performed by junior colleagues, ensuring data traceability, review of sample results, observations, interpretations and troubleshooting for logical closure of experiments
Familiarity of ICH,USP and WHO guidelines for analytical method development, qualification, transfer, and validation.
Follow, adhere and implement good laboratory and safety practices.
Manage Inventory of critical reagents and consumables.
