Role Overview: As a Principal Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions in Agentforce for Sales & Service. Your primary focus will be on coding with excellence, defining best practices, and collaborating with business leads to scale solutions that enhance agent workflows, customer care, and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and build high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations, with a specific focus on Agentforce for Sales & Service - Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and reusable components to enhance efficiency - Lead technical roadmap planning to optimize systems for scalability, performance, and compliance - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership within the team - Stay updated on new Salesforce features, Agentforce innovations, and contribute ideas for platform maturity Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development - Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and data modeling - Experience with Agentforce and familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities would be advantageous - Strong hands-on experience in integrations, addressing technical debt, and performance tuning - Effective communicator, collaborative team player, and experience working with Agile methodologies Please note that the additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.
