Principal - Rankridge Schools(KPHB)

Rankridge Schools is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and admissions functions of our PG–Grade 12 school. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in teaching, student development, staff coordination, and overall school growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily academic & administrative operations
• Drive admissions, handle parent counselling, and convert enquiries
• Implement curriculum standards and ensure high-quality teaching
• Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive school culture
• Guide, train, and supervise teaching & non-teaching staff
• Monitor academic planning, timetables, assessments, and events
• Maintain effective communication with parents, students, and management
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in school education, with leadership exposure
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in handling PG–Grade 12 or K-12 environments
• Ability to lead admissions, academic planning, and school operations
