As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design practices, translating high-level requirements into beautiful user interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your eye for clean and artful design, coupled with your superior UI skills, will be instrumental in conceptualizing original ideas and bringing simplicity to complex design roadblocks. You will collaborate with Product and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions and deliver visually appealing design stages from concept to final hand-off. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off. - Conceptualize original ideas to simplify design roadblocks. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. - Deliver wireframes, mockups, style guidelines, iconography, and prototypes for standard and responsive layouts. - Support UI-related development through code-snippets, peer programming, and written instructions. - Present and defend designs and key milestones to peers and stakeholders. - Promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. **Required Skills:** - 12+ years of design experience with demonstrable UI design skills and a strong portfolio. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other visual design and wireframing tools. - Working knowledge of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript. - Excellent visual design and communication skills. - Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. - Firm understanding of Material Design components and patterns. - Open to receiving objective criticism and improving designs.
