Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, particularly in offshore environments.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop innovative solutions for complex offshore structural projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in offshore environments.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
Proficiency in relevant software packages such as AutoCAD, SAP, and Matlab.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead others when necessary.
