Principal Medical Applications Services Specialist

As a Principal Medical Application Services Specialist at Imaging Endpoints, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Medical and Scientific Affairs department in their activities. Your major responsibilities will include the following: - Participate in the development and/or review of application development deliverables for imaging studies in clinical trials. This includes reading and understanding sponsor-specific Scope of Work (SoW) and clinical study protocols, imaging review charters (IRC), and analyzing assessment criteria guidelines. - Develop trial configuration specifications to configure image analysis software for trial-specific applications as required per the SoW, clinical protocol, and IRC. - Understand and maintain the Master Configuration Specifications for the image analysis software, integrating changing user requirements into appropriate configuration management and change control activities. - Utilize tools such as Workflow/Application Wireframes to support new studies as needed. - Secondary activities include working with and assisting in training Medical Application Services Specialists and Medical and Scientific Affairs staff, assisting Compliance in verification/validation activities, and supporting Data Management in various tasks related to analysis systems and data exports. - Ensure that all project requirements are clearly defined and any inconsistencies, omissions, or errors are detected and corrected to deliver high-quality work product. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or relevant work experience. - Knowledge of radiological imaging assessments criteria or programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON. - 2+ years of imaging experience within the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry or designing relevant computer applications in a software development environment. Skills that will be beneficial for this role: - Self-motivated with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. - Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
