The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming and a deep understanding of system design, with an emphasis on dynamic programming techniques. Job Responsibilities: Design and develop Java-based solutions for the Oracle NetSuite platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code. Implement dynamic programming algorithms to optimize complex business processes and workflows. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, architects, and product managers to define and implement system designs. Work on performance tuning and improvement, ensuring the system meets the required scalability and reliability standards. Integrate Java messaging services to enable real-time communication and notification systems. Contribute to database design and development, ensuring data integrity and security. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in Java development and design patterns. Qualifications and Skills: Technical skills: Java, SQL, System Architecture, System Design A minimum of 8 years of professional Java development experience, with a focus on enterprise-level applications. Proficiency in advanced Java concepts, including multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization. Expertise in dynamic programming and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently. Strong system design skills, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and architectural principles. Working knowledge of Java messaging frameworks (JMS) and their implementation. Experience with database technologies, preferably Oracle Database or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud-based development, deployment, and architectures. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities, with a willingness to work in a team environment. Desired Attributes: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful API design. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
