Required Background

• PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, or Computational Imaging

• 5+ years of post-PhD research or applied research experience (can include industry, academia, or research labs)
• 5+ years of postdoctoral or industry research experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high impact applied research projects or labs

Desirable Traits

• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences
• Proven contributions to relevant ML projects in the space
• Proven ability to bridge theory and practice, producing both prototypes and papers
• Entrepreneurial mindset, excited by innovation and product impact
• Experience mentoring PhD students, researchers, or junior engineers
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate technical ideas to non-experts
