Job Description

As an AI Architect, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive your company's AI transformation. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs, technical feasibility, and successful deployment of AI initiatives across product and delivery organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the AI architectural strategy and roadmap to align with overall business objectives and AI transformation goals. - Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and tools to support scalable and robust AI solutions. - Partner closely with product teams, delivery organizations, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs. - Establish and enforce AI development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for high-quality, secure, and compliant AI solutions. - Design AI solutions with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind, anticipating future growth and evolving business needs. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. - Mentor and upskill internal teams on AI architectural patterns, emerging technologies, and best practices. Key Requirements: - 8-15 years of experience in architecting and implementing complex AI/ML solutions, focusing on enterprise-grade systems. - Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. - Proven experience with major cloud AI platforms and MLOps principles. - Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python and Java. - Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and data warehousing solutions. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive successful project outcomes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Good To Have: - Prior experience in an AI leadership or principal architect role within an IT services or product development company. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies for deploying AI models. - Experience with responsible AI principles, ethics, and bias mitigation strategies. - Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant publications.
