Job Description

As an AI Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive our company's AI transformation. Your responsibilities will include: - **AI Strategy & Roadmap:** - Define and drive the AI architectural strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives and AI transformation goals. - **Solution Design & Architecture:** - Lead end-to-end architectural design of complex AI/ML solutions, covering data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring. - **Technology Evaluation & Selection:** - Evaluate and recommend suitable AI technologies, platforms, and tools to support scalable and robust AI solutions. - **Collaboration & Leadership:** - Partner with product teams, delivery organizations, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. - **Best Practices & Governance:** - Establish and enforce AI development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for high-quality, secure, and compliant AI solutions. - **Scalability & Performance:** - Design AI solutions with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind, anticipating future growth and evolving business needs. - **Innovation & Research:** - Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. - **Mentorship & Upskilling:** - Mentor and upskill internal teams on AI architectural patterns, emerging technologies, and best practices. **Key Requirements:** - 8-15 years of experience in architecting and implementing complex AI/ML solutions. - Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques. - Proficiency in Python, Java, and experience with cloud AI platforms. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. **Good To Have:** - Prior experience in AI leadership roles. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies. - Experience with responsible AI principles and ethics. - Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant publications.
