Principal Full Stack Developer

As a highly experienced Technical and Product Architect / Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and management of scalable web applications. Your expertise across full-stack technologies, product architecture, and lifecycle ownership will be crucial from requirement gathering to production deployment and long-term application support. Your key responsibilities will include architecting and designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack solutions using Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. You will define and enforce best practices in coding, design patterns, modular architecture, and system security. Additionally, you will lead and actively contribute to full-stack development, work on requirement gathering & product ownership, manage application & deployment, and provide technical leadership & mentoring. To qualify for this role, you should have 12-15 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. You must also have proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end architecture for complex systems, solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern frontend architecture, and experience in deployment processes including Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. It would be beneficial if you have experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis, exposure to GraphQL, TypeScript, WebSockets, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and prior experience in application lifecycle management and performance tuning.
