Principal Frontend Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for architecting and developing visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Your expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be crucial in developing efficient SaaS applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stay updated with frontend technology trends to optimize existing code. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop scalable user interfaces for web and mobile platforms - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers - Stay updated with frontend technology trends and optimize existing code - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and decision-making processes - Optimize performance to enhance user experience - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects - Mentor junior developers and support their career growth - Contribute to recruitment efforts and identify top talent Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 10+ years of experience in developing cross-browser SaaS applications - Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, Redux, Flux - Experience with Webpack, Enzyme, Mocha, Jest - Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and testing frameworks - Prior experience with browser extensions, service workers, and browser APIs - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams,
