Qualification

Convent Educated (preferred), Doctorate or Master Degree, M.Ed or B.Ed, with a minimum

of 10 years of experience as a Principal in CBSE-affiliated schools.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership:

Develop and oversee the curriculum to ensure alignment with CBSE standards.

Staff Management:

Supervise, evaluate, and mentor teachers while fostering professional growth.

Student Welfare:

Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment for all students.

Parent Communication:

Safety Oversight:

Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency plans.

Exam Management:

Organize and oversee fair and efficient assessments.

Community Representation:

Build partnerships and represent the school in local events.

Conflict Resolution:

Mediate and resolve disputes among students, staff, and parents.
