Job Description

As a highly motivated and energetic Individual Contributor, you will drive roadmaps for the IP / SS domain, focusing on the complete IP portfolio. You will delve deeper into logic design and architecting, developing complex IPs and Subsystems solutions. You will collaborate closely with a team of global experts in Systems and SoC Design to tackle design and architectural challenges within the complex IP and overall System level solutions. Your work will span a wide spectrum of skills, from developing high-level Specifications to actual design Implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive Roadmaps for the complete IP / Subsystem domains portfolio within the global R&D team. - Perform benchmarks against other industry players to ensure differentiating features for our customers with a high level of innovation. - Architect and Design complex IPs and Subsystems for Automotive Self Driving Vehicles (ADAS), including Vision and Radar, In-Vehicle networks, Gateway Systems, Fail Safe Subsystems (ASIL-D), etc. - Lead IP / Subsystem from Concept to IP Design and Development, achieving final design performance in an integrated system within aggressive, market-driven schedules. - Ensure quality adherence throughout the IP development cycle, analyze existing processes, recommend and implement process improvements to ensure Zero Defect designs, and mentor teams towards that goal. Qualifications Required: - Self-starter with 10-14 years of hands-on experience in Architecting and Designing complex IP design / Sub-system with minimal supervision. - Expertise in Custom Processor Designs with key DSP functions required for Vision and Radar processing. - Proficiency in High-Speed Serial protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, MIPI CSI2, and the associated challenges on controller and PHY. - Understanding of External Memory interface protocols like DDR4 / LPDDR4, QuadSPI Flash interfaces. - Experience in microcontroller architecture, Cache, protocols like AHB/AMBA, AXI. - Hands-on knowledge of HDLs (Verilog/VHDL), Scripting languages (Perl, Tcl), C/C++ for hardware modeling. - Familiarity with the end-to-end IP development flow, including complex CDC, RDC constructs, IP Synthesis, DFT ATPG coverage. - Experience in Testbench and Testplan development in collaboration with the verification team. - Hands-on experience in pre-silicon validation using FPGA/Emulation Board would be a significant advantage. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to possess key soft skills: - Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. - Demonstrates a sense of Ownership and engages with Trust and Respect. - Displays Emotional Intelligence and Leadership values, capable of working effectively as part of a team, whether local, remote, or multisite.,
