Principal Engineer Frontend Developer

As a Principal Engineer - Frontend based in Gurugram (Hybrid), with 8-12 years of experience and a Bachelors/Masters in Software Engineering, you will be responsible for analyzing specifications and business needs to determine appropriate technologies and configurations to meet those requirements. You will lead the design, build, and maintenance of high-performance, reusable, and reliable code while ensuring code quality through the use of best coding practices. In this role, you will translate storyboards and use cases into functional applications and produce clean front-end code based on wireframes or design UI when wireframes are not available. Additionally, you will conduct analysis and debugging of UI/UX in production systems during troubleshooting/emergency and perform cross-browser compatibility tests. To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of software development experience with excellent coding skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. You should also have 5+ years of experience in React.js and Webpack, along with 4+ years of experience in Next JS. Experience contributing to architecture and design, particularly in areas such as LLD, HLD, solid principles, design patterns, and scaling, is essential. You should have a strong background in technically leading junior developers and working with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of database technology (SQL & NoSQL) and React v18 is a plus. An understanding of native JavaScript, data structures, algorithms, JS frameworks, MVC frameworks, and Node.js is also required, with a focus on performance improvement.,
